More than ever, we need to take care of each other and ensure that people experiencing mental health difficulties are able to access the right support. We aim to address and reduce mental health-related stigma across NHS Wales to improve healthcare for patients, colleagues, and ourselves.

In September 2021, we launched our first Health and Social Care pilot. This pilot forms a training module, focusing on health care professionals with the aim of equipping them to challenge mental health stigma within services. The staff from Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board spoke passionately about ending mental health stigma alongside our Time to Change Wales Champions.

We look forward to sharing more about this as the training is rolled out.
