Be the generation to make the difference

#WeCanWeWill is a mental health campaign for young people aiming to change attitudes towards mental health.

Mental health problems are more common than many people realise. One in 10 young people will be affected - that’s three people in the average classroom. The effects are as real as a broken arm, even though there isn’t a sling or plaster cast to show for it.

The shame and secrecy around mental health not only makes the issue harder to speak about but can lead us to exclude others, make assumptions and treat people in negative ways. Being able to talk about it openly can take the taboo out of something that affects us all.

As our future generation, today's young people have the power to change attitudes and end discrimination towards people experiencing problems with their mental health.
