Step up to end mental health stigma in Wales.

Make a note in your diary for February 5.

We're hosting a major event at the Pierhead Building in Cardiff Bay to highlight the impact of stigma on people with mental health problems – and showcase the work being done to end mental health discrimination in workplaces and communities around Wales.

The event is sponsored by David Melding AM and will feature a keynote address by Mark Drakeford AM, Minister for Health and Social Services, as well as sessions by people with experience of mental illness who are actively campaigning to end stigma and discrimination.

If you would like to find out about people’s experiences of mental health stigma in Wales, or what you can do to help end stigma in your community or workplace, we’d love to see you there!

If you’re interested in attending or for further details, email info@timetochangewales.org.uk.
