Time to Talk Day takes place on the first Thursday of February every year.

On Time to Talk Day we ask everyone in Wales to have a conversation about mental health. Time to Talk Day 2019 is taking place on Thursday 7 February 2019

Mental health problems are more common than most people realise - affecting one in four of us. Yet people are still afraid to talk about mental health, making some people feel ashamed or isolated. We are delighted to be officially partnering with our friends Time to Change in EnglandSee Me in Scotland and Change Your Mind in Northern Ireland for Time to Talk Day, to help get the nation talking.

This year’s Time to Talk Day is all about bringing together the right ingredients to have that conversation about mental health. Whether that’s tea, biscuits and close friends or a room full of people challenging mental health stigma, we want you to get talking.

It's a great day for communities, workplaces, schools, or anyone to get together and have a chat. If you're interested in getting involved then there will be loads of resources available to download from our site.

We will announce when these will be available on social media - follow us on TwitterFacebook and Instagram for updates.
