The day is designed to raise awareness of the close links between physical health and mental wellbeing.

It is hoped to encourage people to think about healthy eating, physical activity and exercise as a way of

promoting better physical health, raising self esteem improving mental health.

The day will include pool, 5 aside football, climbing, badminton as well as

opportunities to access information from local support agencies and participate in workshops.
