The Keep Safe Card scheme is for people with 'a Learning Disability or Mental Health with a communication need'. Persons will be able to register with the Public Service Centre at South Wales Police and have direct access to a disability telephone line if they feel unwell, subject to hate crime or anti social behaviour or simply just need support.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite Anthony Metcalfe to attend.
We intend to sign the organisational pledge shortly and we were hoping Anthony could attend and present the plaque to our Chief Constable Peter Vaughan at the event on the 3rd December 2014.
Regards,
Peter Thomas
