We think that no one should live in fear of judgement because they have a mental health problem. Come visit our stand in the Gwyddoniaeth (Science) Pavilion this Eisteddfod and find out how you can help make this happen.

Time to Change Wales is campaigning to end stigma around mental health in Wales at the National Eisteddfod 2018.

Whether you are looking for information, want to get involved or just want to have a chat - come and find the Time to Change Wales team at our stand in the Gwyddoniaeth (Science) Pavilion. The map below shows how to get there!

There will be games, talking tips and information handouts on how to talk about mental health and where to seek support.
