Eiriolwyr Amser i Newid Cymru yw gwirfoddolwyr sydd â phrofiad ymarferol o broblemau iechyd meddwl sydd wrth wraidd yr ymgyrch Amser i Newid, yn herio stigma yn eu cymunedau eu hunain, yn ymgyrchu yn y cyfryngau ac yn rhannu eu profiadau o fyw gyda phroblemau iechyd meddwl.

Being a member, at different times, of three particular groups of people; “Children of someone with a mental illness”, “Spouses of people with a mental illness” and “People who have a mental illness” has caused me to suffer and know at a deep personal level, the effects of stigma and discrimination. I have lived with some of those effects for over 50 years.
